Under 18 Winter Grand Prix Champion Toby Martin has made a disappointing start to his 2010 ITF campaign, but Manisha Foster is showing signs of regaining the form that saw her become one of the highest ranked 1993 girls in 2008. She missed most of the first half of 2009, and struggled for the rest of the year. This year she started with a QF in Hamburg and has already matched that here (along with a doubles semi), joined by Sophie Watts. The Estonian she beat in round 3 was a leading rival of Katy Dunne in TE14 events last year
