Excellent news! I've been fiddling around for about an hour trying to find the result. Thank goodness someone is better at it than I am. Great win, more please.

That's a stunning week, Naomi. It obviously pays to make sure you are properly fit after an injury. Well done to your team for getting it so right and to you for the hard work you must have done to make sure your recovery was successful.
Well done Naomi. I hope this is a corner turned for her.
When I saw her at Eastbourne she looked like the sort of player who beats herself - against KO'B she was either hitting winners or unforced errors - Katie just had to put the ball back in court and see what happens.
I'm not surprised to see her getting tournament wins at this level. With the wind behind her she must be devastating against $25k standard players.
Even more belated congratulations to Naomi. To come back from injury and immediately do this is brilliant - full marks to her and all those working on her rehab.

Yet even more belated congratulations to Naomi. Arguably the best GB girls performance this year apart from maybe Annie K's semi final on the clay before the French open. To be fair it was probably a weakish field for a 25 not having to beat a top200 player but the manner in which the win was achieved without dropping a set and in the circumstances not having played for 4 months it really suggests she is a top 200 player now. It also proves the point that players with injuries shouldn't compete unless they are 100 % fit. I also feel the break Naomi has had from the game has freshened her up given that after the grass court season she was complaining of tiredness.
