Oh my mistake, I thought she was the girl who beat Laura at the AO - when in fact I got my facts totally wrong! Their head to head is 1-1, with Laura winning on grass and losing on clay, both in 08

Mladenovic was born and raised in Serbia, and she reminds me of another Serb Ana Ivanovic - big serve (120mph) and groundies which cause most players problems, but if anyone can deal with her game (like Lertcheewakarn at Wimbledon) then she appears clueless.

She's technically on serve, but in a match where both players are winning less than 50% of their service points that is misleading (Steph just saved a set point before securing the sixth break of the set).
