R1 draw is out. Some unbelievably weak R1 matches.

Fleming vs Egerton HAHA

Egerton qualifying shows how weak the draw was.

Surely Ollie Evans should past Bevan and get his first point, but Bevan will make him hit a lot of balls. Doubt Kuma-Mintah, McGrath and Bevan and will ever get an easier chance of scoring a point, not that they are favourites. Would think Inglot would have a chance against Norfeldt.

Would expect round one wins for Rice, Burn, Evans, Illy, Bloomers, Bains, Pauffley and Flembo, while Inglot and Thornley and McGrath probably have decent shots.

Top and Bottom quarters are loaded while the middle two quarters are incredibly weak, even for a 10K futures.

Priddle lost AGAIN. that was an annoying defeat, even if it was 7-5 in the 3rd set tie-break to a top 100 junior

Can't be @rsed to type out all the first round results, but they're here on the LTA site.  Wins for Inglot ( biggrin ), Rice, Burn, Evans, Bloomers, Bains, Pauffley & Fleming (confirmed as 2 & 3).  Sean T lost 6-7(4) 6-4 1-6 & Illy 3 & 3. bleh

Not a bad day.

Not having the bottom half finalist would be a nightmare
