Pretty good day for the Brits with Inglot, Burn and Evans getting on the ranking lists and a lot of the others making it through as well, but disappointing losses for Thornley and Illy who have just not had good seasons at all.
We should get the finalist out of the bottom half here, be it Bloomers or Fleming, and they've got a great chance of getting the title.
Bains broken back on serve. Evans broken 5-3 down. Bloom and fitzy both win set 6-4. Flem 4-2. Bloomers broke in 1st game of 2nd set. Just started chucking it down. Play suspended.
"Fleming very classy @ net outplaying paufley who has good forehand but too many errors. Bloomers below par but still winning. Fitz winning becos she takes ball on and has more variety but struggles with serve"

The problem with the weather is that it rains for a couple of minutes then stops, but it takes about half an hour for the courts to dry. At the moment it is really sunny but the courtrs are still wet and the guys are brushing all the water off. Olly Evans is about to lose, set and 5-1 down. Bains is 5-4 down but still on serve, Bloomers set and a break up. Fitzpatrick on serve 2-1 in 2nd.
A few matches have been moved to an indoor court somewhere. I know Tom Burn went a bit earlier and they just took Dom Inglot and I think Rice has gone as well. Shouldn't be too long before we start playing again.
