Nicely done, Andy. Spent the first set feeling his way and getting used to the conditions (don't forget Almagro has already won a match), then romped the second.

It looked like Almagro played lights out tennis in the first set, then had a power cut. . . smashing winners in the first then spraying errors in the second.

Tricky match next. Andy will have to watch his step (pun intended) and not stay too far back or Steps will drop-shot him to death.

eh...'thinks' + typo = 'tinks'...to old for that nonsense !!

So Andy plays Steps and has the prospect of Benneteau or Garcis Lopez in the QF...working out quite nicely for him.

Can someone remind me when the USO seedings are set...is it the Monday prior to the first weekend...so if Andy were still no2 by then he would avoid Fed for sure ?

How are things with you anyway JL not posted much in the last few weeks myself.
