Very good performance today it seems. Only saw the first set, but he has playing well off both wings and serving well, and Ferrero played a pretty decent set and lost it 6-1.
Definately looks the best of all the top 4 at the moment (and also Del Potro and Roddick)
Did anyone get to see this? The ATDHE site wouldn't produce the goods for me today. Didn't hang around too long, so I'm assuming it was as easy as it appeared from the scoreline. I'd welcome a report if anyone did see it.
Just seen your post FD.

I watched it all on tennistv, and it was as the score suggests. Andy only served at 50% first serves in but won 90% of them when it did! He was never in any trouble on his own serve while JCF struggled on nearly all of his.
I'm glad to hear that. I remember after the Roddick match at Wimbers, Larry Stefanki said that Andy M needed to be more aggressive in order to move to the next level. I felt that he was right, so this is heartening news. Andy M is great as a counter-puncher, perhaps the best around, but he's so quick on his feet that he could really put more pressure on his opponents, shorten points, and preserve his energy. I really want to watch his next match now. The only other thing I'd put on my Andy 'wish list' would be to see some improvement in his 2nd serve. But hey, one thing at a time.
