The second week sees a marginally stronger field, with the Grade increased from 5 to 4, including GB second ranked 1993 boy Andrew Bettles as second seed.

Round 1 has been completed, with half the seeds falling, and Andrew Bettles only just surviving a tough battle with Robert Carter. 4th seed Ciaran Fitzgerald was the highest seed to topple, losing to qualifier Joshua Page.

The QFs shape up as follows:

Mathias Bourgue (FRA) v (7) Robin Goodman (GBR)
Callum Lloyd (GBR) v Connor Glennon (GBR)
Joe Rogers (GBR) v Laurent Lokoli (FRA)
Lucas Pouille (FRA) v (2) Andrew Bettles (GBR)

The question is can either of the French boys who reached last week's final be stopped from making it a repeat. Andrew Bettles would appear to have the best chance of doing so.

Laurent Lokoli (FRA) d. Joe Rogers (GBR) 6-3 7-5
Lucas Pouille (FRA) v (2) Andrew Bettles (GBR) 6-3 6-3

SF

Mathias Bourgue (FRA) v Connor Glennon (GBR)
Laurent Lokoli (FRA) v Lucas Pouille (FRA)

At least we are assured of a second successive doubles title, with Robert Carter and Connor Glennon going for the double.

Doubles Final

Carter/Glennon v Davison/Wilton
