I watched the match and thought it was a very good performance from Andy.  His gamplan for the opposition was good and he was highly focussed virtually throughout. 

Also to me Cilic certainly did play much better than seems to be being suggested earlier in the thread.  Yes, vitally, he did get sloppy / tense at some important times, particularly when droppingg service near the end of the first set. But otherwise it was a good match with 2 players playing consistently well, certainly for the first two sets.

Great performance and what huge strides Andy has made on clay this year, although I always did think it should be a surface he should be able to compete really well on once he got his head properly around it.
