BBCi started at 11am actually. Though you had to search very hard for the information - different pages gave different information, and the main page about BBCi for tennishttp://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/tennis/6102132.stm did not mention any coverage today on interactive.
I'm sorry for anybody who set videos on the interactive. Partway through the afternoon, they said another program was starting on the red button; the sound commentary on the tennis went off while the picture continued for a while, then the entire program on that channel switched to golf or whatever it was. I was recording the match upstairs and had to get up there as quickly as I could to change channels!
As for the match itself, job done for Andy. I think many people were predicting a win in 4 - Melzer can be dangerous - but I was expecting Andy to lose the first set not the second!
I wonder if we can persuade all his opponents in future to say something a little derogatory. It certainly seems to fire him up nicely. . .
