RE: Week 24 - Queen's Club ATP - London

Slabba.... do all the hard work to get the break back and then give the set away...

Hope he can recover in the 3rd though and win this match

James levels it up 36 63 against Klec but unfortunately Udomchoke takes the 2nd against Slabba who is now 63 46.

James Ward is having a great performance as well as he's got the break now and should win this set, which is a surprise as earlier on I had thought the match would be over quite quickly - this would be a massive win for him if he can do it

He did!  Now set all (3-6 6-3)! smile

Ward saves a BP to level it at 3-3, while Bloomers has 2 game points for 5-5..

Slabba about to have to serve to stay in the match it looks like

Shame that Slabba lost, and we'll have to wait for a report of what happened, but it didn't win enough points on the second serve and that needs to be worked on... seems like he played a decent match though but just not good enough... - hope he gets a Wimbledon WC, but I think he may have had to qualify to ensure it

Ward breaks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where did that come from? Come on James.... serve this out and you can get Slabba's revenge tomorrow

Bloomers saves a SP at 5-6...

What better tonic for a Slabba lost then Wardy breaking. He now serves for the match, real chance this smile.gif

Bloomers struggling to hold to force the tiebreak. but gets there eventually

Uh-oh Bloomers 0-3 down already cry

All going pear shaped for the brits as Klec breaks back and Bloomers goes 4-1 down .

Ward goes into a 3rd set tiebreak.... just as Bloomers goes into a third set by losing the tiebreak
