Konta must really love clay if she's missing qualies at a Tour event for this! Anyway, she has a chance of taking the title here as barring Elena Bogdan, all the players ranked above her are either overranked, or poor on clay, or both overranked and poor on clay.

Konta withdrew. Hopefully this means she is in the WC play off.


Allemby is a direct entrant and plays Saavedra-Corvalan.
