If only LTA had a press officer who could e-mail results through to a nominated person here or their own website for 'the whole world to see' it would save them lots of annoyance with phone calls although they seem to have the phone off the hook anyway or answering lots of calls.

its a real shame that they didnt move back to grass. the weather has been great here today and its a f***ing disgrace the lta/surbition have shafted this event so badly.

If my lawn is anything to go by which is still very soft underfoot I can understand that if the courts were not covered then they would be badly damaged at the baseline serving positions with so many matches planned.
