Surprised they haven't set up a premium rate phoneline. 2 pounds a minute, that sort of thing. "Would you like to know how Slabba's getting on at the moment? Just hold the line while we play you this track from Atomic Kitten."
If only LTA had a press officer who could e-mail results through to a nominated person here or their own website for 'the whole world to see' it would save them lots of annoyance with phone calls although they seem to have the phone off the hook anyway or answering lots of calls.
Oh you've got to be joking - how can he manage to beat Zverev so convincingly yesterday then lose to a player who's getting on a bit and whom he thrashed so easily last year?

its a real shame that they didnt move back to grass. the weather has been great here today and its a f***ing disgrace the lta/surbition have shafted this event so badly.

If my lawn is anything to go by which is still very soft underfoot I can understand that if the courts were not covered then they would be badly damaged at the baseline serving positions with so many matches planned.
true mike, but i assume you are not planning on holding a international level professional tennis tounrnament in you backyard. if you were i am sure youy'd have the forsite to get some covers sorted.
