ATP Dubai R2: Murray vs Verdasco

The head-to-head is, I believe, 2-0 to Andy, both wins coming last year, at the Oz Open & in St Petersburg, so it should be a piece of cake...

True, very true - & that's precisely what I'm afraid of! fear.gif

Judging by Verdasco's display in the final of St Petersburg I don't think we should have much to worry about.

v3.gif And me!

If it had been in the afternoon I might have been able to shuffle things around, but not in the morning.

Here's hoping Andy is awake for this one. It would be a shame to go out tamely to Nando after beating Fed!

Hang on, 10am UK time is 2pm Dubai time, I agree it seems like Andy doesn't like early mornings (though I think that is much less true than it was a few years ago) but if he's still having trouble at 2PM then something is seriously wrong!

I'm going to miss it too furious.gif Please could someone do commentary or at least record the score for the games, so that the rest of us can read it through later. Thank you in advance!

I'm working from home tomorrow, so it'll be sorely tempting to watch this, but i must do work. So if anyone catches me posting anything, please tell me off. Unless it's lunchtime.

Andy holds to 30 to start the match. Pretty solid really, couple of Verdasco errors in there too.
