PHM saves some break points with good play (where has that been?) to hold in the first game of the second set.

Very efficient - except for the 1st serve (42%) - even so he didnt offer a break point to PHM. To my untrained eye the 2nd serve looked more venomous than normal (I recall Pat Cash highlighting that as something that Brad ought to have sorted out long ago)

Impressed that he didnt let his level drop despite a misfiring opponent

Good match to watch - no stress! Even though I watched it on Betfair, I still enjoy reading through the commentary afterwards so please keep them up. Also very handy for those who miss the match completely. Thanks Madeleine and those others who often undertake this task.

If I miss a match I always like to follow it through on here afterwards,rather than just check the score. So I'm very grateful to those of you who provide the running commentaries.
