I'm glad I read that one before it was deleted. Unfortunately, I missed Barnsey's revelations about Vicky Brook (made all the more interesting by Madeleine's claim that it overstepped bounds of decency).

It is interesting but I side with Rob and Bethan.

Its just that rumour is different to results, opinions and reporting.

And after "Bebogate" we want to use our site to build up the rep of British players (juniors in particular)

(Maybe in the chat section where we are all members, it would be more appropriate)

Is it possible to "third" the first two comments and Johnnylad's request in the post immediately above? It doesn't seem fair to use this site to put up rumours about other people's personal lives, particularly given that some of the comments on recent threads -- particularly about the young women -- are not terribly respectful. . . .

Agree that it should be deleted - if they want to talk about who fancies who then they can go to Facebook. Leave this site to the grown-ups

I also believe that it should be deleted although i can understand why sheddie hasnt deleted it because we want to encourage players to post on the site however it should be talk about tennis not who fancies who.

I'm for deletion, too. Someone - or several 'someones' - is going to get hurt by this claptrap, and I don't want to feel I contributed to that by staying silent and letting the wee ones think they have our interest. Moreover, we have no way of knowing whether the contributors really are who they say they are. Reconsider, please, Sheddie.

I dont know who it was who did this, but it is not me, i am george coupland. Jack i recon you sould stop posting comments like that, sinse you are a lower club player and wont know much about high standard tennis. Really pissed at this
