Jess Ren took the U12s title last year to join Andy Murray and Jamie Delgado among British winners of this.....Jamie Murray was runner up in U14 singles back in 98 too
Will there be a British winner this year ? Laura Robson must surely be huge favourite in the U14s
I'm too lazy to type out all of yesterday's results so quick paste from the LTA site:

Girls 14's 3rd Round
Laura Robson bt Jennifer Ren 6-1, 6-1. Laura moves on to face American Ellen Tsay.
A good day overall, I'm very encouraged by the results in Boys 12's. Let's hope Laura can press on and go for the Eddie Herr and Orange Bowl double!
Quite stunned at that scoreline.... Jenny Ren's already good enough to have won two 10K main draw matches against players in the top 650, she's grown a lot in the past year and has a decent serve and the makings of a great backhand yet from that she musta got blown off the court !!!
Laura did actually beat Steph Cornish 2&0 earlier this autumn so she's clearly capable of being virtually unstoppable at times !
According to Nigel Sears she's already got a senior game style which bodes v well
Will be interesting to see how far George Morgan goes... easily the no 1 U14 in Britain
I remember reading an article about Eleanor Dean as 'the next big thing' in a newspaper...she trains at one of the spanish academies.....apparently she's regarded as the best 10 yr old in the world...could be a dark horse in the U12 girls
