Notable win for Watling there!

They are all R2 results so can I assume any other Brits lost in R1?

Well done to Goldenslam as well! He's with these guys is he not?

Nice to see Akhazzan and Thompson stringing wins together and to see Angus winning again full stop!

Keep going Tommy Knights!

Hope Faris is all right. Good win for Angus over the guy he lost to last week.

It'll be best for our Australian Open cause if Knights and Angus reach the final and then Knights takes it.

Knights and Angus are through to the doubles final where they face the second seeds.

Great week in South East Asia! I guess the doubles points will help too. Were they catered for in the AO predictions?

No news about doubles.

Hopefully Angus will take the title and move into the top 90.

disappointing end to the week but I'd have taken 3 in the semi finals! Having got there it would have been nice for one of them to win.

Will that improve Angus' points tally by much?

I'm guessing Thompson will score a fair bit from this week.

His tally will go up by 12.5 points, which is good but his ranking won't go up by more than a few places.
Anyways, I think that he has secured a place in the AO. The cut is almost always lower than 120 and he won't go down by that much in a few weeks time.

Knights's ranking will go up by a few places, too, but that won't help much. He'll have to do well at Eddie Herr. Another option would be doing qualies for the G3 in Malaysia that's played next week. He was supposed to play that (had a direct entry, obviously) but later withdrew.
