Most Brit boys lost in R1 or R2 but in the girls tournament....

Great improvement on the junior circuit this year. Started off a bit dodgy with 2nd round losses but good to see her winning a title and breaking into the top 500 now.

Itf juniors take on the tournament...

"Moving on to Europe, promising 14 year-old Carlos Boluda (ESP) picked up his second consecutive ITF Junior event as he claimed the singles and doubles titles at the Torneo Academia Sanchez-Casal Abama in Tenerife, Spain. The Spaniards toughest test came during his 76(3) 62 first round win over Greg Goodall (GBR), but after that he gathered momentum and nobody else could come close to claiming a set. Even second seed Cristian Rodriguez (COL), who was Boludas final conquest, could only win three games, losing 61 62. Great Britains Jennifer Ren came through to win her first ITF Junior title, beating Bulgarian Bistra Otashliyska 64 61 in the final of the girls event."
