All the Brit girls won except for Aimee Gibson, who lost to a Brit.


Jessica has a tough (ish) match tomorrow against Gally De Wael of Belgium.

Jessica wasn't troubled much as she won by 0 and 3.
Laura won by 3 and 1.
Jennifer lost by 2 and 4 to Proctor. cry.gif
Horne won by 26 75 22 ret.
Courtnell lost by 3 and 1.
Cunningham won by 2 and 0.
Ullathorne lost by 3 and 5.


Robson not playing doubles this week, which is a great move.

Jess won by 2 and 3.
Laura won by 4 and 1.
Cunningham won in two tiebreakers.
Horne won by 2 and 4.
Proctor lost by 4 and 0.

A good set of results there. Laura is clearly on good form at the moment. Is she restricted in the number of ITFs she can play at her age? Does anyone know how many she has played and/or has left to play this year?

Yes, players can play only 10 ITF events between their 13th and 14th birthdays.

So Laura can play five more events between now and January the 21st. I don't think that she'll be able to finish her full quota unless she's prepared to travel to three continents in three weeks or something like that.
