Jade was in qualies but the draws haven't been updated.
So many things are possible -
1) Someone from the main draw withdrew and she got in. 2) She couldn't make it in time from New Jersey and couldn't play. 3) She qualified. 4) She was tired and managed to lose.
Yes, John, she will play the USO. She'll have to qualify, unless she gets a wild card or an SE.
Next up is world no. 12 Julia Glushko of Israel. She is obviously a good player, but her record on faster surfaces is especially poor for someone ranked so high. Had Jade not been so tired, I would have said that she's the favourite for this one.
