Finally got to a computer to get some updates to you!! Jade has got a toughie out on court 15, I watched till the end of the 1st set & I believe she is now down 4 zip! Milevskaya is a good player & Jade has played ok but getting out hit when she drops her depth. very hot & humid here so the conditions are fast!!

Unfortunately Jade lost 6-2, 6-1, outplayed by the looks of it....she was seriously unlucky to draw 7th seed in rd2....would have been in with a good shot against most of the seeds. Milevskaya beat her 4 and 2 at the start of the year and made semis of AO and RG and final of Orange Bowl. She's also ranked 347 wta, quite a bit higher than Jade

Was Jade struggling to compete power-wise ? I know she plays quite an aggressive game herself but do you think she's best suited on slowish or faster surfaces bearing in mind that when she comes up against a really big hitter on a faster one she can get outhit.

Did you see Tara's match ?

Do we know for certain she's playing futures and challengers in the US this autumn ?

If so good to hear that she's concentrating mainly on the wta tour as was disappointing to see her playing just junior tourneys last autumn
