Overall pick 'em rankings

We are going to publish some overall rankings for players who have taken part in some or all of the pick 'ems so far that had a team event attached. The details are just being finalised in consultation with some of the other rankings experts on here and a couple of AM.com representatives.

So that we get your ranking right, if you have entered more than one of the Miami, Monte Carlo, Rome and Roland Garros pick 'ems and you have not used the same name/nickname every time, please post in this thread:

a) which name/nickname you want to be known by
b) which other names/nicknames you have used in any of those 4 pick 'ems
c) which ones you used each name in

... and then please make sure you use only your chosen name in future pick 'ems so that any you do well in get counted towards your rankings.

N.B. The overall rankings will be based on only your best N tournaments, so it won't give you any advantage to pretend you were someone else in a pick 'em where you did badly!

I meant to add, if you think you have been using different names but you can't remember what you called yourself where, you can see the results of previous pick 'ems by going to http://www.britishtennis.net/07pickem/hallfame.htm and clicking on the "2007" at the laft of the top three for each tournament.
