Pick 'Em returns in Rome (BT.net v AM.com - can we continue the dominance?)

big shock is forever delayed....I'm amazed he's down so low...he usually finishes near the top of the table....today's results were pretty onimous for our chances, hope that things start turning around when all of the seeds enter the fray tomorrow....dunno how we've managed to get owned so badly in rd1, lol

Anyone think that Count will finish below King Kong ?

FD just had a bad day yesterday, only 8 points compared to 16 for the top player and an average of just under 11. He's still only 7 points off the lead though.

I don't think Count will finish below King Kong, but with both finalists already out, I fear John will.

Can't believe I'm still in joint 9th place as I had such a rubbish day today. There will be a huge landslide from now on as I burnt my boats with Federer losing to Gasquet and have only 1 SF choice left in. Help! Very disappointed with Gasquet, Ferrer, Ferrero and Canas. Is Canas done for the year now?

On the spreadsheet Mintsauce seems to be in the wrong slot.

Federer losing gives me a chance to beat King Kong I think. I now have 2 semi finalists left, no finalists, but hopefully Acasuso can progress and Nadal will lose in semis. That's best case for me right now.

AndyMurray.com lead BritishTennis.net by an average of 37.88-35.65 points per team member after 43 matches.

John I'm not sure how King Kong works so I don't know if you now have a better chance of beating him but you have got more of a chance of finishing above last place I think. So Fed has done well for you, now all you need is Nadal to lose (and to be honest I wouldn't mind seeing that on clay!)

***BREAKING NEWS***

Further to the shocking events of earlier Sheddie has dropped even lower falling beneath his other longtime rival Rochelle. Proof of this event will be published just as soon as Rafa wins or loses his match. Can the Shedman stage another recovery before the end or is it curtains (for the new shed of coursewink.gif)?

hehe. Sorry David, couldn't resist biggrin.gif

As I say I'll update the website after Rafa's match which will only make a difference to the percentages so no point updating before.
