We spent Sunday drifting around in the Solent next to the race committee boat waiting for enough wind to be able to start a race. Eventually, we were the only boat in the fleet left waiting (the others all decided it wasn't worth hanging around) so the racing was cancelled for the day. We ended up with improved suntans, but no racing: frustrating in a relaxing sort of way. So I guess we were second because of our result on day 1.

When I saw 24 pages I was worried he'd lost but the last 7 or 8 were just reaction!

And a lot of the rest were us laughing ourselves sick at Mad Ken. . .

Even then, many of his gems went unmentioned, because there just wasn't time to post them!
