Valenica Ch final, Boggo v Fleishman

I think he's referring to not having won one on outdoor hard

sorry, I really should do. If Boggo wins Cardiff, will he be close to top 120 ?

He will add 38 points if he wins the title, so that takes him to 378 points, which would put him at 116 (based solely on points from last weeks ranking), so he would be back towards his career high

Yeah it was fairly short but good interview from Alex nonetheless - seemed very happy and felt he had taken a step forward with his coping with the conditions and getting his tactics right this week.

Is anyone else suspicious that it's us he gets the 'hardcore' emails from and not am.com?

"Get your first serve in, punish the short ball"

Today's informational message from Ken

That was fun.

sheddie, you should pay more attention to the rankings threads. Boggo moves to 132. up a huge 15 on the week!

Well, based on adding 50 points to his current total he could end up at 115. But that's really really rough as it's ignoring any points anyone has to defend. Rob will be posting the table soon I'm sure so you can check then!

He's "punishing the short ball", it must be nearly over.

Getting a win in an outdoor challenger was a big step forward for him. We don't have many outdoor hard challengers in Britain so he doesn't get much chance over here. The match could have gone either way but he fought hard. Was great that Annacone had come to watch in these conditions, english players are very lucky to have these top coaches. Annacone lives an hour away from the venue. They were having chats all week, they weren't really talking strategy, he felt it helped having a coach giving advice in how to play in such tough conditions."

btw did you notice alex's reaction on the 'helen keller' point. nothing, just got on with it. problem is it often looks like a lack of passion, but that is what he is always like. just get on with it, nothng can be done. i wonder how he would get on with the hawkeye challenges.

from what i can gather a lot of the am.com people kept emailing him.

i emailed him from ab.com, he said:

Hey there buddy...your guy is smacking the ball well...thanks for listening..
