Andy's just hitting out a bit more now. It's working at the moment but we'll see if he can keep it up considering he's not moving as well as he would like. He's got to get a lot of credit for this - that ankle must hurt like hell. I just hope he's not being stupid

Couldn't sleep so had to get up to check on Andy - this injury doesn't sound good.  Which ankle is it - the one that he always has a brace on, or the other?

4-2 - Sorry, missed it.

Andy's starting to run again, though not fluently.

5-2 Andy is digging deep. If, and it's a big IF, he can win this, it would be incredible.

Andy's actually suffering from another injury (his third of the match ). According to the commentators on Sky his right hip was treated during the previous change of ends. Apparently he is putting more pressure on it after hurting his ankle.

Andy about to serve for the second set.
15-0
now would be an excellent time to serve your first love game. 15-15, well that goes out the window.

Wow! Andy's really walking wounded today, as you say if he can win it'd be incredible!

Morning Madeline, you are now officially one of the night owls!

Wow! What an incredible effort to win a set with all those injuries. He's now getting more treatment on his hip. It's going to take some real grit to win this one.

Yay

Andy really needs to get an early break or two this set though, I'm not sure he'll last the distance and take it in a tiebreak (the way he's going his arm'd fall off before he got there!)

Pretty impressive to take a set off the Haassassin (2007 model, without the choke) when you're crocked!

If he's making it worse, it could really put the cat among the DC pigeons. Had to happen ...
