There may have also been a soft ball but Andy was squinting

0-15 Thats the diiference, Davy had time to line up a fh winner ad missed the court.
0-30 Error into the net Davy.
0-40 Davy had 3, yes 3 goes at smashing the ball but Andy chased the first two down, excellent anticipation, and the third one hits the middle of the net.
15-40 A bit of cat and mouse in the rally, this time Davy connects on the winner
30-40 No. Return into the net.
40-40 No no no. Good serve and follow up from Davy. Andy tried to dig himself out with a lob and missed
AdD Andy is getting frustrated with himself now
deuce error Davy just as Andy might have given him the game
AdM solid from Andy. This time Davy hits the net.
Deuce Good serve Davy takes the initiative and the point
AdD Poor attempt at a return from Andy.
Game Davy has found his first serve when he needs it and does just enough to get the initiative in the rally

5-5

15-15 Andy is struggling with his serve but Davy helps him out by missing a second serve
30-15 Ace
30-30 Second serve and again Andy is a bit too passive. There is a fine line between drawing the man in and giving him an easy opportunity
30-40 Fine winner Davy, cross court and short. I don't like it when Andy is out rallied
Game Davy. Tame error from Andy, not good and certainly not what Davy did when he was facing bps.

Tiebreak time. I have the horrible feeling the undertaker's going to take it, but hope to be proved wrong!

15-0 Andy had the advantage there but he couldn't find the knockout blow and hit an error
15-15 Better from Andy. He sensed the moment to hit out in that rally
15-30 Double Fault
15-40 Tame error Davy
Game Murray Tame error Davy where did that come from just when it looked like he was taking control he gave a game away

Tiebreak

1-0 Good start from Andy, strong rally
2-0 ss good return Andy and he press home the advantage
2-1 Andy got into trouble and Davy finished with a smash
2-2 Long bh rally. Too passive. Andy hits the error.
3-2 Good first serve
3-3 Another fine cross court winner from Davy, Andy challenges, bang on the line
4-3 Soft fh error from Davy, does either player want this set? Whenever one gets an advantage he starts missing
5-3 Good service winner
6-3 Clean Ace Andy, brilliant serving in the tiebreak

Set Andy, Tame error from the Russian.

I have to leave for a bit
