Drat, I was watching the way Nadal's half is opening out for him, with the ones that often beat him on hard courts going out early, and hoping that (always supposing Andy didn't make the final) there would be a Fed-Rafa final and a chance for Fed to improve the H2H.
I don't know about Andy benefitting from it, but Djokovic must be thrilled. Andy still has (if he beats Mahut) Davydenko and either Haas or Gonzo in his quarter. Nole's quarter on the other hand has Blake and Ferrer as the only other seeds.

Soderling is a flake though - if he beats Gonzo he will lose to Haas. The guy is a chronic choker - I do not see him getting to the QF's. I think Gonzo will beat him tonight to be honest.
