75% 1st serves so far for Alex. He won more pts on Schuettler's 1st serve than his 2nd serve in that last game !

Schuettler hasn't got a particularly big serve though

two love service games and a break, can't ask for more than that in the first 3 games. Finally a Brit brings a smile to my face, now I go back to my work happy (it won't last, i'm reading about elections in france!).

No, he's an aggressive baseliner. Rarely comes to the net. His success was built on playing loads of tournaments and phenomenal fitness and stamina levels. Before Nadal, he was one of the fastest players on the tour, just grinds opponents down

doh, alex drops his 1st serve point. come on aex, you havent won anyhting yet.

alex is often fast started, think it takes a while to get used to hsi serve, then it gets harder for him.
