Great news from court 18. Number 1 seed Bondarenko lost the first set 6-4. Anne is due to meet her in second round.

I am not sure if I should be getting this excited....but with Bondarenko struggling and Anne serving for the match there is a real chance that Anne will qualify and what a shot in the arm that would be.....
