Bad Day for Tim


Melzer is in the form of his life: beating Berdych 2 & 4 in his Sydney QF and overtaking Tim


Vliegen went out in the Auckland QF. Unfortunately not before he won his R2 match that morning, and also overtakes Tim


Tim drops two places to WR38 - where he started the week.


The only good news is that Rochus went out in the second round and stays 5 points behind Tim.


Fish  won his R2, and overtakes Moya.


Calleri  advances off the top of the table. Almagro  goes out.


Chela, Fish, Moya and Mathieu have not completed their QFs yet. Chela and Fish are on court now. pins into Mardy, please!!

Fish and Moya won. 


Mathieu still playing Gasquet, and a set down. 


Just two  from these three who can  overtake. Both need to win their tournament: Fish in Auckland, Moya or Mathieu in Sydney.


Worst case is Tim down another 2 places to WR40.

Tonight it's Tim's threats against Andy's: Moya plays Gasquet, Fish plays Ferrer.

Fish lost to Ferrer


Moya beat Gasquet - doing Andy a favour, but it must stop now. Pins into Carlos! he plays Blake in the final.

....and wins the third 6-1.  Moya goes out. Tim stays at WR38 - where he started the week
