Horrible final round draw for Kennaugh I can't really see him taking a set off Darcis who is seriously underanked, if it wasn't for injuries he would be a lot higher than 483. Last week he made the quarters and in 2006 he took a set off Vince Spadea !
I know that Flanagan won the British tour event last week but I still think that Kennaugh should have got a wildcard ahead of him, after beating Childs last week.
Good that we've got an all-British match-up, I reckon Bamford in two. Miotto is based at Bath university, he's on a special scheme which allows him to study for his degree and train and compete as a pro tennis player at the same time. Seems to travel a lot with the Sutton gang.
Josh Miller did well to beat Bolleli in the first round, as with most of the Brits he was heavily outranked in rd2 I thought that Brewer and Podlewski might have chances of causing an upset but don't really know much about their opponents.

What a horrible set of results...every brit playing a non-brit managed to lose.
Gosh, so Matt Smith is back at last. Good to see him back, but it is definitely a bit odd that they've given him a WC when he couldn't be bothered to qualify last week (unless he was injured at that stage) and not Slabba, who qualified and reached the QFs. Very mysterious.
Otherwise, the WCs don't seem too silly this week.
Lee Childs withdrew injured btw.
