Very annoying. Oh well, at least we have two very good doubles players! I think it's great that they are vying for Brit number 1 spot too.
Hopefully Aucks/Huss can win their semi, they are obviously winning the big points well as they must have faced match points in those Championship tiebreaks. for the win for the semi!

Amazing performances from James and Stephen Huss this week ! In that quarter-final match against Gambill and Schuettler, they were 9-6 down in the champions tiebreak and saved 6 match points before winning it 17-15 !!!
Coetzee and Wassen will be very tough. James and Jamie Delgado beat them 6-3, 7-6 in Bratislava in November but the South African-Dutch pairing have started 2007 impressively. They won ATP Auckland and then made the Aussie Open quarters, losing 7-5, 7-5 in the Bryans. They've yet to drop a set this week.
This is James' 3rd ATP semi (Mumbai and St Petersburg were the other two). Hopefully he can make his first final.

I don't think Lloyd would pick them for the DC even if they did prefer to play on different sides, unless they were both top 10 or top 5 and so virtually certain to win the rubber. He says that he feels it's too much of a gamble otherwise to have two doubles specialists in the team in case one of your singles specialists gets injured.
I think it's a fair point unless Auckland really gets his singles ranking up
