So that means they've made a 5 million or so loss on the new national centre in Roehampton.

Wasn't the sale of Queens club meant to help finance the Roehampton project ?

it did help fianance it tho, it payed £35/40 mill worth. i am sure that these kinda of things rarely leaves clubs in profit. i am sure the emirates stadium cost more than the sale of higbury, but i would have helped.

I'm pretty sure they weren't expecting to be sued and have to drop the price by £10 million so that's probably why!
