I think it was Andy old(er) mate Carlos Moya.

Here's one I came across recently. The player who said it is almost as annoying as the Argentinians themselves, but I liked the quote - I've done it from memory, so sorry if it's not verbatim:

"The Argentinians practice on court for 2 hours a day, then they practice for another 2 hours in front of a mirror saying 'I'm not guilty.'"

The player that springs to mind as being less than friendly with the Argentinians is Hewitt. But it's an educated guess rather than something I know

Oops, another inadvertent clue on my part - I can see how you got Hewitt from that, but no, not him.

Safin ??

I've got another one...

Which tennis legend said this:

"Girls, if you're playing an opponent with big boobs, make her play lots of backhand volleys. Backhand volleys are especially difficult for the well-endowed."

It's Billie Jean King. The version I had heard was slightly different. Remember it from a signature on MTF.

Try this:

"In every game I play there are three players in me that could surface anytime, Good -----, Bad -----, Crazy -----!"

Insert the first name of the player in the blanks.

Either it's Goran, or someone pretending to be him!

Not Safin for the comment about Argentines, drugs and mirrors, sorry.

The Argentinian one - if you say it is not Hewitt, how about Roddick? He can come out with some pretty barbed remarks too!
