This thread needed to be brought up. I just used Bibendum to do that job.

Which ranking week do the Zagreb officials rely on, before the AO or after AO? though i dont think it make much difference because i think Murray is likely to be the no 2 seed

Pre AO. Andy will be the second seed unless Ancic asks for a wild card.

Baghdatis takes a WC and pops in between Ljubicic and Andy.

Henman's website lists Zagreb as his next tournament so I guess that answers my question

No, he drops below to about 21 I think, but the seedings are taken from the pre-AO rankings list (the new list does not come out until the first day of the tournament)

Well if he does pull put, then he deserves to. If he wants to defend his title then maybe thats the right option, considering hes going play week in week out after that.

Well this is what Andy said, post-Nadal match..

"I never had a blister before in my life. In the second set of my match against Chela, I mean, it’s probably about this long. I cut the whole of my skin. I probably want to try and let that heal first before I do anything.
I’ll take a few days off. But I’m entered in Zagreb. I’ll see how the foot is. If that kind of heals up, the skin grows back together, I’ll play in Zagreb. After that, I’ve got San Jose and Memphis before Indian Wells and Miami."

I don't know what the current situation is though...
