I've expanded the "acceptance criteria" a little. It now aims to include any player with a CH of 250 or higher since 1990 (previously only included upto CH 200). Means a few more retired players now make an appearance (Mark Hilton through to Alex Ward).
Thanks for these lists. Can I ask, are they complete lists, or a selection ? Purely by chance I thought I would look someone up on your list having seen him play a few times, but he doesn't appear, despite having a CH ranking of 284.
As above, Chris Bailey reached a career high of 126 in October 1989, so 2 months later in 1990 would very definitely have a ranking- not a career high post 1990 but certainly a top ranking relative to the others
Hi Bob, the list is 'selective' to some extent. I arbitrarily decided to only include retired players who've achieved a Top250 CH since 1990, so as per the example from JonH, Chris doesn't appear. This was driven in part by space. The list only accomodates around 50 players, so the more non-active/older players on the list, the less space there would be for the active ones. And I wanted to try and balance 'completeness' with the ability to track the progress of the current guys.
So I started the list by gathering the CH for every player who was active in 2021 (active in either singles or doubles), then i added in every player i could find who had a CH inside the Top250 since 1990. Hence why Dan appears, but unfortunately Josh or Marcus doesn't.

To celebrate Cam achieving a Top 10 ranking, the occassional update to CH table. Since the last update, Jack has moved up to be on the cusp of the Top 50. In fact the list of players with a CH in the last 4 weeks is so long (32 in total), i can't fit them all in.
