yeah its a decent scorelne for jonny, plnety of encouragment to take, similar to boggo match vs dt at queens, u felt he was in with a chance all the way, dt can just grind out wins.


lets hope he gets a decent draw 1st round next week (not boggo)

never mind jonny - good effort, prob deserved to win the 2nd set!


gotta remember tursunov just outside the top 20 and the type of game he plays means that he loves having a target at the net to flash shots past!


anyway, jonny can take a lot of encouragement from this week and hope he can push on to the top 200 now

Great effort by Jonny. I expected that to mirror Tursunov's win against Kubot, a bagel and a breadstick but to lose only one break in each set and have as many chances as he did is a good effort.


Lets hope he can continue the form into Shrewsbury
