What a horrible draw for Katie

Some info on Tanasugarn: Currently ranked 75 in singles and 134 in doubles, reached highs of 19 in singles [2002] and 15 in doubles. Recently she won a 50K in Shanghai and made the final of WTA Bangkok. She qualified for the Aussie Open but lost in rd1, qualified for Wimbledon and reached rd3 and also made the quarters of WTA Kolkata this autumn.

Danielle Brown played her earlier this year and put up a very good performance but lost in the end 6-1, 1-6, 6-0

Katie is partnering Wimbledom junior champion Caroline Wozniacki in doubles, they're 4th seeds and won 6-3, 6-3 in rd1.
