Right I have to go out for a while now.

From the two games I just watched it looks like the teams are quite even, however it's hard to tell whether Aucks and Delgado are still just warming up, I'm pretty sure they have a few gears in reserve and I don't know if the others do. Hopefully they up the level in the next game or two.

Aucks at 2-2, second set,

0-15, Delgado is a muppet, easy smash is too soft, then nets a volley,

0-30 double fault into net,

15-30, Zverev nets a forehand volley,

30-30, unreturnable serve out wide,

40-30, serve and volley winner from Aucks!

40-40, no offence but Delgado sucks.

Aucks to serve first

0-1 good return forces the error from Aucks

0-2 excellent serve unfortunately and Aucks can't get it back

1-2 Delgado hits the ball right at G's feet and he fails to get a racket on it.

1-3 The ball goes straight at Auck's body this time and he can do no more than defend himself

2-3 Gulbis rushes the net but Jamie sends the ball straight into his path, not in the plan

2-4 unreturnable first serve.

2-5 winner down the line from either G or Z.

3-5 volley winner from Delgado

4-5 great first serve from Aucks, return out of court.

5-5 great winner from Aucks.

5-6 unreturnable

5-7 GSM, didn't catch that, I think Delgado went long.

Aucks/Delgado lost 36 67(5)

From the few games I saw, Auckland was by far the best doubles player out there and was let down a bit by Delgado who wasn't quite 'on' this evening(especially his first serve percentage). However, all credit to Gulbis and Zverve they worked very well together and most of their shots were going on the lines not out.

Sorry I left randomly last night.......

I would agree that Aucks looked the best doubles player out there, but I thought Zverev looked like the best tennis player out there by a mile.

Delgado was poor, really poor.

Well, James Auckland won this title last year so will probably be losing some points.
