Andy safe at 19th for the week. Tursunov went out to Mirnyi - nice one Dmitri!
Andy's only going to lose 35 points going into Paris (as a mandatory tournament, it replaces his current 18th score - the 40 he got for the QF in Nottingham)

Actually, he's only going to lose 10 as his 18th score will change to 15 once the 60 points from Basel are taken off at the end of the week and replaced by the 19th. So it's even better news!

where did you stick the pin for Youzhny...did u have to stick it in that hard...the poor lad is out of the DC final
My pin-sticking of Gasquet hasn't worked well this week. Next week however, his first match will be against either Gicquel or Wawrinka, if he wins that the second possibly against Rafa (though on this surface I think he would probably beat Rafa!)
So Andy is just going to have to win his matches and not rely on our ill-wishing his opponents!
Well Gasquet did Tim a favour at least. He advances to 2 places behind Andy. Gonzales heads off the top of the table into the top 10, so Berdych drops back to take his place. Ancic still doesn't advance, but he's now within spitting distance of Baghdatis. Wawrinka's great run comes to an end. The table's updated.
Final update: Ancic finally gets enough points out of St Petersburg to move up a place and overtake Baghdatis. Gasquetmoves to within 20 points of Andy by winning in Lyon.
