This match will take place fourth on court 1 with an 11am start local time. However two of the first three matches are doubles which should take less time.

I reckon the match will get underway at around 2pm GMT.
Nalbandian has been one of Henman's bogeymen over the years, causing him consistent problems on all surfaces apart from grass. He holds a 4-1 winning head to head record over Tim.
They first played in 2002 when Wimbledon finalist Nalbandian beat Tim in rd3 of TMS Toronto 4-6, 7-6[7], 7-5. Nalbandian then won 3-6, 7-6[5], 6-2 in the quarters of ATP Basel that same year on indoor carpet. Tim won 6-2, 6-7[4], 7-5, 6-2 in rd4 of Wimbledon 2003 a crazy match which featured almost as many breaks as service holds. I believe there were 6 successive breaks of serve in the 3rd set.
Nalbandian then beat Tim 6-4, 6-4 in rd3 of TMS Montreal and 6-2, 6-4 in the quarters of ATP Basel. That last match was probably one of the defining moments of Henman's career. Afterwards a despondent Henman rang Paul Annacone, a phone call which led to Annacone becoming Henman's coach and resulting in arguably the best 12 months of Henman's career in which he won his first masters series, beat Federer twice and made the semis of the French and US Opens.
Nalbandian possesses one of the best returns of serve in the game which is why he causes Tim so many problems. He also has one of the weakest serves in the top 50 and I think that in previous matches Tim has been guilty of not attacking it enough. In both the matches they've played indoors against each other, Tim's chip-charge game has been awol which has been a crucial factor.
Here in Madrid, Nalbandian received a rd1 bye and then beat Benneteau 6-7[2], 6-2, 7-5 yesterday.
i think tim will win in 2. nalby's confidence is sliding abit since Wimbledon. hopefully, tim will come out all guns blazing like he did against ferrer BUT did to stay focus if he wants to win in 2.
i will try but i am also very busy. Go to the madrid masters website, click on the top right english and go to the livescoreboard from that website. The link directly from ATP doesn't work for me.

Neither link works at all for me. Thanks I appreciate it.

Yeah Nalbandian had a horror run since Wimbledon by his standards, going out in rd1 of Toronto, rd2 of Cincinatti and then in rd2 of the US Open in 5 to Safin. He recovered his form somewhat last week in Vienna, making the quarters before losing to Gonzo in 3.
Is this match televised ? Surely British Eurosport will cover it ?
