...and if they're individually around WR 100, you'd expect that together they'd get to WR 50 (there are of course 100 players in the 50 best teams)

Yeah, there's lots of players in the list twice. eg. Waske is 16th and 17th. Which means it's possible that you could end up playing yourself in Masters Cup.
