Does anyone have any tips for how to open them ?

What operating system are you using?


If windows XP, then open windows explorer (or "my computer" or "my documents") and find the file. right click on it, and choose "explore"


- that's it.


If something older, then you may need to download an application. winzip is the most commonly used. Find it at download.com

I'm using Windows 98, I think I'll probably need to download Winzip, may have it already on the computer. I'll check
