The Murrays face American pairing Eric Butorac and Travis Parrott in rd1 of ATP Tokyo.
Butorac is ranked 77 in doubles a career high for him. Jamie will know a good amount about him as they reached the final of ATP Los Angeles together in July. His regular partners are either Chris Drake or Travis Parrott. Last week they reached the Bangkok quarters before losing to the 3rd seeds 10-8 in a champions tiebreak.
This year in doubles, Butorac has reached 4 challenger finals, 3 semis and he's won a futures title. He's also made a couple of ATP doubles quarters.
Travis Parrott is ranked 60, his career high is 38 which he reached in 2005. He's had a poor year in doubles apart from the slams. He reached rd4 of the Aussie Open and the French Open.
I reckon the Murrays will win in straights. It's a tricky match but Parrott has struggled a lot this year on fast surfaces while Andy and Jamie are on a roll

I dunno, I reckon it'll be straight sets. Apart from the slams, Parrott has had a terrible year and last week they lost to the 3rd seeds who then got thrashed by Erlich and Ram and the Murray gave Erlich and Ram a pretty close match.
The guy who they broke at 5-5 in the 1st set will be serving now so hopefully a good chance for the Murrays. It'd be good for them to break now as if this set continues with serve soon they'll going to have to be serving to stay in the set which always adds a bit of extra pressure
