Yonne Villar

Hi, i know this player is not british, but im just not sure, why he didn't go to the masters of the egypt sat.

Yonne Villar, had done all the things needed to get the one entry point, all he needed to do was go to the masters draw, and he would of picked up at least one singles entry point. Does anyone know why, or have i made a mistake, in the entry qualifications?

I'd guess he lost the playoffs for the final place in Masters week with the other players who'd collected 4 circuit points up to that stage.

I think you might find that he gets his entry point anyway. I know lots of people think that you have to play in the Masters week of a Satellite series in order to get any of your circuit points converted to entry points, but the only official rule about it that I've ever seen written down is that you have to have won at least one match in a main draw in one of the weeks, which Yoann did last week. I may be wrong though.
