Bastl, Russell, Hernandez, Luzzi and Marin all went out from behind Boggo. Lu went out ahead of Greg.
The only unfortunate results were Udomchoke, Wang and Devilder winning in Beijing and Seville, and moving that little bit further away from Boggo's reach.
However, because Alex won in Orleans, he overtakes Vinciguerra, meaning he doesn't lose any places.
If Peya and Berrer go out next round and Alex reaches the quarters, he should go up to 138, maybe 136 (he would be on 308 points along with peya and Eschauer, and I haven't looked as to what order they would be in), a rise of 6 or 8 respectively.
However, the threats from behind are: Mello, Delic, Reynolds, Luzzi. And possibly more off the end of the table.
I have updated the table but couldn't get todays results from New Orleans (I presume they haven't played yet) or any results for round 1 from Belem, does anyone know a) the time difference and b) where I might find the results? Thanks.

thanks madeline. From that, Berlocq, Reynolds and Mello are yet to play in Belem, presumably they'll be playing sometime overnight. And Delic won his first round match in New Orleans.

Alex's win means he overtakes Vinceguerra and brings him level on points with Zib & Hartfield (both of whom have more Grand Slam points than Boggo), back to 144th, where he started the week.
Only Haehnel went out, while Mello, Delic and Gil all won behind him. Reynolds plays today.
Greg's day was worse: both Peya and Berrer won in Beijing. Both will overtake if tehy win their R2 matches.
Ahead, Fraile is knocked out, and Bozoljac advances.
Boggo is now under intense threat from mello and Delic who are 1 and 8 points behind him respectively. Another win from each of them would see Boggo losing two places.
Everyone else behind him has gone out though so two places is all he can lose.
Greg is also threatened by those two, and only those two.
Worst case for both Greg and Boggo is a drop of two places leaving them at 137 and 146.
Best case, no change leaving them at 135 and 144.
