Katie has the best draw of all the Brits, she faces 16 year old American wildcard Ashley Weinhold. She's ranked 571 and has a junior ranking of 75.

Weinhold won a 10K in the USA on hard courts at the start of July, she played the Lexington 25K challenger at the end of July and lost in rd2. She hasn't played a senior event since.
