I'm not picking on him, just on every other player ranked 80- 200 who decided that Uzbekistan was too far to go to play Tennis, and so gifted him two tournaments on the trot.

We knew that already, he's the one about whom the commentators ALWAYS say 'and Tipsy (OK they use his full name) is a real thinker, he loves to read deep philosophy books and his tatto says something like there is no peace without love' (the tatto meaning could be totally wrong, I just remember it's something deep!)
Anyways, my rather garbled point is that we knew Tipsy was smart and so he deserves those 100 points even if he did wuss out on going to the US open.
